Please read these instructions carefully prior to clicking the Request A Stay link below to complete the request.
– Questions with a red asterisk (*) are required to be answered prior to being able to move forward in the form.
– There are 3 pages of the request form. Once all required questions in each section are answered, the “Next” button will turn blue and you will be able to move to the next step of the request form.
– Our week stays typically run from Sunday to Friday or some portion of that time. If other arrangements are needed, please let us know when we call to finalize your scheduled stay. We would love to have you come and will do everything we can to accommodate your specific schedule. Check-in is Sunday afternoon/evening and Check-out will be at noon on Friday of the scheduled stay.
– Questions under the “Purpose of your visit” section are to help with scheduling your time at Monarch Lodge and with our team who is available to meet with you if you would like.
– If your spouse plans to join you during your stay at Monarch Lodge, please include their information so that we can accommodate them as well.
